The Ho'oponopono Prayer, the Hawaiian Prayer is for forigiveness and used to resolve personal conflicts and restore harmony and balance.
It's such a simple yet powerful prayer. This prayer is an ancestral Hawaiian Healing Ritual. It is there to teach your conscious how to cleanse itself from the negative memories, unhealthy programming, fears etc from your subconscious and to find ways on loving yourself, honoring who you are and forgiving yourself.
The goal for this ritual is to shift the programming your subconscious is currently living in to something that can help your body & mind thrive and be at peace.

Overtime as you are saying this prayer to yourself, things will start to come up and be ready to come out of your body. Sometimes it can happen very quickly and other times it can take time to bring it up to release. Know that it's important to just keep with it.
How Do I Do This?
What a great question! It's entirely up to you. You can meditate and think of these words, look in the mirror and say them to yourself or anyway. What is most important is that you give yourself compassion as you move through this healing. Let your heart be open to whatever comes
